From confused to confident!
Sensory Confidence is a 6 month online programme that combines in depth sensory training with membership to my close-knit community where you will be supported on your journey. You will better understand your child's sensory needs and discover exactly what you can do to support them. Whilst you work through the training at your own pace, you will be invited to attend monthly group question and answer sessions with me, post questions in the group, explore sensory activity ideas and benefit from being part of a supportive community of parents who are going through similar difficulties.
✔️ 6 months access to all of the pre-recorded training content (30 bitesize videos and lots of downloads) to watch and read in your own time at your own pace.
✔️ A mix of theory and practical strategies so that you can understand why your child is behaving in a particular way and discover exactly what you can do to help them to feel happier at home and school.
✔️ Resource sheets to download and keep forever.
✔️ 6 months membership to my supportive Sensory Confidence community where you can ask questions, seek support and get to know other parents who are experiencing similar difficulties.
✔️ Monthly question and answer sessions live with me (they are recorded).
✔️ Masterclasses with special guest experts.

Working with me...
I absolutely love supporting parents to better understand their child's sensory needs! I am caring, approachable and highly knowledgeable. I also have a great sense of fun! I have over 16 years therapy experience and postgraduate training in sensory integration. Alongside this, I am a mum of two autistic boys, one attends a special school and one is now in mainstream after having been out of school for over a year. I am also highly sensitive myself with my own experience of sensory differences.

You can get started straight away with the training and please post in the community feed to introduce yourself so that I can get to know you and your family.
Please note: Sensory Confidence does not include an assessment of your child or one to one time with me. I will be there to support you for 6 months as part of the group. If you would like an assessment of your child and one to one time with me then please have a look at Sensory Success.
